How do we know if we need a
health coach? How many of us…



…know that we should eat more vegetables and fruit? …have been told by a doctor or healthcare professional that we need to lose a few pounds? …would like to cook more meals at home? …would like to stop taking a prescription medication? …struggle with food cravings or emotional eating?

It isn’t that we don’t know what we need to do…it’s implementing it that’s a challenge. We are bombarded with an overload of information today and may struggle to sift through it all. That’s where a health coach is instrumental.

Whatever area of your health is in need of some attention, working with a health coach allows you to set aside some scheduled time to focus on your needs and receive the guidance and support necessary to experience better health. What are the benefits of working with a health coach? It’s easy to see benefits such as weight loss or lowering one’s blood pressure.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I focus on how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives can contribute to our dis-sease.
